I have paid my outstanding bills. How can I have my gas service (supply) resumed?

To have your gas service resumed, you must pay all gas bills that are overdue.
First get the receipts for your bill payments in hand and then contact the Customer Contact Center (Tel.:047-361-9844).
 
At first, an operator will answer your call in Japanese. This will be followed by a three-way conversation among you, an interpreter, and the operator.
 
* The Customer Contact Center can handle inquiries in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
 
【Customer Call Center operation hours】
Monday to Saturday:9:00~19:00
Sundays, holidays, and the New Year’s holiday period:9:00~17:00 
 
<Note>
Contact hours in case you would like to have the service resumed on the same day are as follows:
Monday to Saturday:9:00~17:00
Sundays, holidays, and the New Year’s holiday period:9:00~15:00
 
Get the receipts for your paid bills in hand and then call the Customer Contact Center (Tel.:047-361-9844) during the hours noted above.
If you call outside the hours noted above, you will not be able to get your gas service resumed on the same day.
