You must submit an application for the termination of gas service.
At first, an operator will answer your call in Japanese. This will be followed by a three-way conversation among you, an interpreter, and the operator.
* The Customer Contact Center can handle inquiries in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

<Procedural flow>
Get the meter-reading slip (notice of the amount of gas use) left for you in hand.
⇒Confirmation of the customer’s number, contractee’s name, address, settlement method, date of gas
service termination, desired time of visit, etc.
(2) Performance of work on the scheduled date for termination of gas service.
(3) Settlement of gas charges.
* As a general rule, the customer does not have to be present at the time of termination of gas service.
However, we may ask the customer to be present in the following cases.
1) The gas meter is installed indoors.
2) The gas meter is installed in a special location or on the other side of a locked gate.
3) The address is an auto-lock condominium, etc. where the customer or manager is not present.
