You must submit an application for the start of gas service.
At first, an operator will answer your call in Japanese. This will be followed by a three-way conversation among you, an interpreter, and the operator.
* The Customer Contact Center can handle inquiries in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Sundays, holidays, and the New Year’s holiday period:9:00~17:00
<Procedural flow>
⇒Confirmation of the contractee’s name, address, telephone number, date of the start of gas service, desired time for visit, etc.
(2) Performance of a safety check of gas equipment, etc. in the presence of the customer on the scheduled date of the start of gas service.
(3) Start of gas service.
* For the start of gas service, a safety check must be made inside the premises, and the customer
therefore must be present.
* The customer does not have to make any special preparations to be present for the check.
